Please use the following naming protocols for your files:

• Qualifications: qualification name_training organisation_graduation date. Example: Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction_NPT_2020
• Insurance: use the word Insurance followed by _exp_ and the expiry date in the format ddmmyy. Example: Insurance_exp_220721
• First aid certificates: use the code _FAC_ followed by _exp_ then the expiry date in the format ddmmyy. Example: FAC_exp_2704221
• PDP's: course name, course date(s), the number of points being claimed. Example: Buff Bones 250321 3 points

Acceptable file types are: jpeg, jpg,png, pdf (Max. of 5 files less than 1.5Mb each)
